智能工廠

圍繞工業4.0、機電整合、自動化控制及智慧感測技術之發展與應用,說明現代工程師在智慧製造時代下所需具備的跨領域能力。工程師已不再侷限於傳統機械設計,而需同時具備控制整合、通訊協定、感測器應用、AI工具導入及系統整­合能力,並強調「跨域整合能力」與「問題解決能力」將成為未來產業核心競爭力 。在技術層面,課程介紹PLC控制、自保持電路、互鎖邏輯、定時器與故障警報系統等機電整合基礎,並搭配Node-RED、SCADA、MES及IO-Link等智慧工廠架構概念,說明IT與OT融合趨勢 。此外,也透過氣壓元件、電磁閥、配管系統與I/O流程案例,強化實務設備與控制邏輯之理解。感測技術部分則深入介紹倍加福光電感測器之背景抑制原理、DPT/MPT/TOF測距技術及IO-Link通訊架構,並分析其在物流輸送、冷鏈系統、半導體搬運與AGV/AMR無人搬運系統中的應用 。課程亦探討工具機產業面臨的轉型壓力,指出半導體、自動化及智慧製造將成為未來主要發展方向。整體內容強調工程師需持續學習新技術、掌握產業趨勢,並結合理論與實務經驗,以提升未來職涯發展與產業適應能力。

Professor Ching-Yuan Chang

張敬源 教授

張敬源教授長期投入臨場量測、機械視覺、訊號分析與實驗力學研究,並以問題導向學習與產學實作推動工程教育,於智慧製造、非接觸量測、人機協作與工業應用領域具備穩定研究成果與人才培育貢獻。張敬源教授的學術成就­可歸納為三個面向。第一,在研究上,張教授以臨場量測、機械視覺、訊號分析與實驗力學為核心,結合數位影像相關法、光學量測、有限元素分析、壓電與感測技術,發展可應用於智慧製造、機器人、人機協作與工業檢測之研­究成果。第二,在教學上,張教授重視問題導向學習與實作導向課程,透過機械設計、專題競賽與成果展示培養學生工程整合與問題解決能力。第三,在服務與產學貢獻上,張教授積極參與教育部智慧聯網人才培育、國科會跨域­研究計畫、學術會議與產學合作活動,推動機械工程教育與智慧製造技術接軌。

ABOUT US

MATRIX LAB

MATRIX LAB is an outstanding research laboratory located in the DaAn District, Taipei. The lab is led by Associate Professor Ching-Yuan Chang of National Taipei University of Technology. His research primarily focuses on areas such as digital image processing, PVDF film development, and non-contact measurement techniques.

Associate Professor Chang's research is centered on the development and application of sensing technologies. His work is deeply rooted in addressing real-world industrial challenges. By integrating the practical skills of vocational school students and faculty, the lab's research findings have been successfully applied across three major areas: automation, collaboration, and remote sensing.
